Japanese After School Tuition (2019/2020)
Date: Every Wednesday when San Francisco public schools offer instructions (starting from January, 2020)
Hours: 4PM - 6PM
Place: 1298 Ocean Ave, San Francisco, CA 94112 (Ingleside Library)
Enrollment Options:
(1) One-day drop-in (2 hours): $32/day
(2) Monthly (4 times per month): $116/month
2019/2020 Annual registration fees ( Snack, supplies, materials, registration): $58
Pick-up Service: We offer pick-up service from your child's regular school between 3 PM and 4 PM (subject to availability).
Pick-up fee is $12 per child (or $19 for two siblings from the same school) per pick-up as long as your child school is within 5 miles from the after school location and within 20 minutes of driving. For pick-up that is longer than 5 miles and less than 7 miles, or takes longer than 20 minutes one way but less than 30 minutes, it will be $16 per child, and $26 for two siblings from the same school. Please note that we will be picking up multiple children and Kotoba + Culture will determine pick-up order with its sole discretion.

Late pick-up fees:
Within 5 minutes: No charge
5 minutes or longer: $12 for every 10 minutes per child. For siblings, $20 for every 10 minutes for two children.
Changing dates / Taking a day off:
• Due to our scheduling, we can credit a pick-up cancellation if we are notified 48 hours before the pick-up time. We cannot credit pick-up cancellation made after that.
• For a sick day off, please email us by 9 am. Once a week monthly payment will be recalculated with a drop-in rate. Twice a week monthly payment will be recalculated with a once a month rate. We cannot offer a credit or make-up class if the notice comes in later than 9AM of the day of the absence.
